His Love is the Greatest!

What is (Real) Love?

According to Wikipedia: Love encompasses a range of strong and positive emotional and mental states, from the most sublime virtue or good habit, the deepest interpersonal affection and to the simplest pleasure. An example of this range of meanings is that the love of a mother differs from the love of a spouse, which differs from the love of food. Most commonly, love refers to a feeling of a strong attraction and emotional attachment.

Love is also considered to be a virtue representing human kindness, compassion, and affection, as "the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another". It is also a compassionate and affectionate action towards other humans.

Ancient Greek philosophers identified five forms of love:
Essentially
Familial love (in Greek, Storge)
Friendly love or Platonic love (Philia)
Romantic love (Eros)
Guest love (Xenia)
Divine love (Agape).

Which reflects more in your life amongst these categories of love?
Which do you pay more attention to in your life?

 1.  If you love someone, you feel emotionally attracted to them, and they are very important to you.

2.  You say that you love someone when their happiness is very important to you so that you behave in a kind and caring way towards them.

Amongst all, HIS LOVE IS THE GREATEST (Divine love)

Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.

“Ephesians 4:2: “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.

"1 Peter 4:8: “Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.

“John 15:12: “My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.”

“1 John 4:18: “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

Colossians 3:14: “And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all

The Love of God is the Greatest: How fortunate are we to be made by, and for HIM

Above All: Love is kind, selfless, patient, gracious and peaceful. Love never retaliates, nor revenge. Love never hurts nor kills. It binds all virtues and life itself. Fornication, adultery, robbery, lies or any other thing or ways people think love can be expressed with is actually not love, rather lust or deceit. Love is never selfish and it does not destroy.

Love one another as Christ does. It makes the world fearless and a peaceful place to be if only we can give out just 10% of it to our neighbours. Trust me there’s more than enough love to go round the world over and over and yet will never finish.

Love God, your neighbour and yourself...
Love is Christ and Christ is Love.

CULTIVATE SUCCESS IN EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR LIFE

“HERE’S TO THE BETTER YOU” Set boundaries with others. Advocate for your own needs. Be caring towards others, but don't accept abuse from anyone. Remember, being a good person does not mean you have to take violent or disrespectful language or actions from anyone. ·          Respect the boundaries others set for you, too. Listen to your loved ones when they tell you they need space or want to do something alone. 1. Change your perception. Many people, when faced with a tough scenario like losing a job, look at their life with despair. I lost a job years ago. It was the hardest thing, up till that point in my life, that had ever happened. I was lost. I finally realized my choices were to let the challenges and frustrations of the past dictate my current feelings and behaviour, or learn from the situation and realize what potential I have in my life. You can change your perception by trying to find something positive in every situation but first, you have to choose

TIME MANAGEMENT !

Manage your Time... One of the most effective skills you can have in life is powerful and effective  time management . If you're not managing your time well, there's no way you're going to reach your goals at work and the life outside of it. Sure, you might make some progress. But your time management will be an uphill battle if you don't take your time seriously. For people who squander and waste the precious little time they do have, they know all too well how difficult achieving even mildly difficult goals can be. The truth is that time is the greatest equalizer in life. No matter who you are, your age, income, gender, race or religion, you have the same amount of time as the next person. Whether you're filthy rich or dirt poor, your time is the same. It's not about how much time you have. It's about how effectively you  manage your time . So if you're serious about achieving your goals, not only do you need to set those goals the right way

IDENTIFY YOUR PASSION!

What do you want your legacy to be?  Passion is a feeling of intense enthusiasm towards or compelling desire for someone or something. Passion can range from eager interest in or admiration for an idea, proposal, or cause; to enthusiastic enjoyment of interest or activity; to strong attraction, excitement, or emotion towards a person. (The “thing” you’re passionate about). Passion compels you to take risks and push yourself past your current limits. It could be a hobby, injustice, art, sports, public speaking. Anything you feel strongly about. (Including things you can’t stand. Intense dislike of something is also a kind of passionate emotion and can drive you to create something new.). It doesn’t matter. If it pulls you and fills your thoughts, or makes you come alive, then it’s passion. Passion will inspire and encourage you even when you come up against challenges. What I’ve found in life, is that it’s our passion that directs us in the best possible course for o
